As an Implementation Manager I was part of a Nordic team where I worked on developing and streamlining processes, problem solving, being one of the stakeholders in product developments, implementing projects and campaigns. Some of my achievements in this team have been to increase the collaboration between teams on a Nordic level, drive several projects and improve efficiency.

In this role I was advising customers regarding their Fixed Income portfolios and at the same time working on relationship building. Working in such a dynamic environment as Markets has made me into a confident and flexible person. Apart from having my own customer base I was also constantly trying to assist my team in their work which has contributed to my development in the role as sales manager.
