As an event manager at Roste Chocolate House, I plan, coordinate, and execute engaging events at the chocolate factory, including tastings, workshops, tours, and special-themed events. I aim to attract diverse audiences and enhance brand visibility while educating and entertaining visitors about the sustainability, health benefits, and terroir of chocolate from around the world.I have developed skills in diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI), intercultural communication, and events. I am also a certified food handler and an author of a book on chocolate. I leverage my expert chocolatier skills to craft high-quality chocolate products, overseeing recipe development, tempering, molding, and finishing processes.
