• Lead Implementation of APS and MBO in about 30 refineries, trading, olefins and numerous other refineries on model updates, version upgrades and model audit• Lead the implementation of APS on the world’s largest refinery and petrochemical complex• Lead the implementation of SCM Plant Scheduler for polymer and chemical plants in Asia and North America• Worked on various regions including Asia, South East Asia, Europe, North Africa and US for APS, MBO and SCM MIMI Implementation and Support• Support on Adoption and Revival of usage in existing APS, MBO and SCM sites• Implemented EIF integration and Aspen Reporting Framework for APS and MBO integration with other MES products as part of AspenOne Implementation • Implemented Blend Control Interface(BCI) for a South East Asian refinery for MBO and Honeywell BPC integration and supported other implementations

• Maintaining the quality of fuel on spec throughout the following process• Storing the product in above ground tanks and inventory control• Delivery of on-spec product from tanks to Refullers/Bowzers using centrifugal pumps and subsequently to the Aircrafts• Invoicing the supply of Fuel• Accounting the product and keeping the stock loss under control.• ERP update for stocks, invoice and Tank Reconciliation

• Monitoring and controlling of catalytic reformer unit process parameters through DCS (Yokogawa Centum CS 3000) to achieve production and product quality on spec• Analyzing the performance of process units and taking corrective action through adjusting process parameters• Checking specific consumption of material and taking corrective action• Training the operating personnel before going for any start up or shut down• Maintaining equipments in good operating condition and scheduling equipment for maintenance release,• Preparing procedure for handing over equipments for maintenance and re-commissioning of same when complete.
