Managing e-commerce projects on Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Close collaboration with clients in order to reach their goals and improve user experience and sales. I have lead a migration project, redesign and maintainence work. The teams contains of TPM, developers (from Sweden, Serbia, Portugal) and growth consultants.

Responsible for sales of TV packages and broadband online. External analyzes, marketing, media purchases, work with agencies and web analytics have all been included in the position.

Worked with e-commerce projects with customer satisfaction and sales goals. The role meant a lot of contact and collaboration with both the marketing department and other sales channels internally and agencies and partners externally. Very exciting years where my interest in digital increased significantly.

I coordinated marketing activities at SIBA AB in Sweden and Norway. I worked closely with our web editors and the stores both in terms of campaigns and ongoing marketing communications. Project management, concept developing, collaborations with suppliers and agencies, follow-up and reporting of marketing activities have been included. In this role it was important to be constantly updated and come up with new ideas.

After my degree in Service Management I got the job as a purchasing controller at Siba's head office in Gothenburg which led me more into leadership and the retail sector. I got many responsibilities and projects to run on my own from the beginning. This work position included business development, project management, controlling and development of internal work processes, supplier and quality follow-ups.
