I’m a lead software engineer at DISQO’s Ad Measurement product, where we transform the way people measure their ad effectiveness. I’m focused in adtech and my role is to drive the product and help & guide our team members to implement software engineering best practices (technical & SDLC) and achieve their personal/career goals using servant leadership style and career growth frameworks. As a lead software engineer, I conduct constant 1:1s with my team members which is a crucial part of my job as I share my skill set, address their needs to enhance their problem-solving skills. As an individual contributor I create product feature solution designs, own technical backlog and roadmap, do code reviews and release management. I plan, build & own CI/CD pipelines & deploy software to production as well as I have an active role in improving observability in production environments. I handle AWS infrastructure with terraform, implement logging/monitoring/alerting systems, drive PoCs and suggest improvements, collaborate with the UX team on new product creation and much more. My responsibilities also include overseeing the incident processes & delegating tasks as necessary. I build/launch greenfield projects and take ownership. I’m responsible for quality and performance. Also I was participating in interview processes as both hiring manager & technical interviewer.I collaborate with our Product Manager on the roadmap creation and high-level estimation as well as take part in identifying cross-team dependencies.

As a Senior Software Engineer at DISQO, I worked on a adtech domain, building new ways of measuring ad effectiveness for our clients, using behavioral and opinion data. I've worked on multiple fronts on the ad measurement (lift) product containing:- Browser extension development (Chrome, FireFox, Edge)- Client facing dashboard with complex excel generation (React.JS, Highcharts)- Internal admin panel with complex architecture and excel/csv parsing logics (Angular, PostgreSQL, Express, Nest.JS, AWS)- Internal tool for handling user privacy requests (Angular)

At ValorySoft, I've been helping a startup that was dedicated to car insurance companies. My role was to design how new features would be integrated into the existing system, implement new processes that would make sure that the team follows best practices (automation and guidelines), doing code reviews and being the release captain. I supported and mentored other software engineers, made critical decisions by driving consensus within the team as well as provided architectural review/feedback.

At TEQNO, our mission was centered on integrating automation into everyday life, we were developing a new way of automated farming and robot restaurant delivery systems. Alongside developing our products, we also provided development services to our partners. I took over the responsibility for addressing all technical challenges, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality products. I setup our whole infrastructure in AWS, and managed our teams to achieve and deliver our milestones.

I was teaching class in AUA on practical data science using Python and R. The course that I taught, contained practical usage of basic ML algorithms, we designed and crafted chatbot, music recommendation system, and much more. I also assessed students homework and final projects where I had to review and grade their works.

Macadamian is a healthcare service company, and as a software engineer, I worked in a dozen projects mostly specialized in mobile app development with either JavaScript or Swift (ObjC). I've also developed couple of devices with IoT (raspberry pi and electric imp). I was also a team lead on multiple projects and my responsibility was to organize our work, do task breakdown, code reviews, release management, new feature designs and implementations. I was actively involved in helping the team to understand the architecture and identifying risks in sprint completion.
