I enjoy Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment/ Talent Sourcing/ Talent Attraction (whatever you choose to call it!) and am well experienced in both end-to-end and proactive/ strategic sourcing positions.After a couple of years working in agency, which provided some excellent grounding that I'm grateful for, I’ve since worked in-house and have worked for some great organisations within different industries. I've recruited many types of roles, including Management Consulting, Environmental Sustainability, Finance, Legal, HR, M&A, Risk, Cyber, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Health & Safety.The list goes on(!) and it has enabled me to have the confidence to try and fill any vacancy.I strive to maintain a positive mindset and like to have a laugh, but I balance that with being hard working, efficient and holding high standards when it comes to values, outputs and being there to guide or help others.
