I enjoy Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment/ Talent Sourcing/ Talent Attraction (whatever you choose to call it!) and am well experienced in both end-to-end and proactive/ strategic sourcing positions.After a couple of years working in agency, which provided some excellent grounding that I'm grateful for, I’ve since worked in-house and have worked for some great organisations within different industries. I've recruited many types of roles, including Management Consulting, Environmental Sustainability, Finance, Legal, HR, M&A, Risk, Cyber, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Health & Safety.The list goes on(!) and it has enabled me to have the confidence to try and fill any vacancy.I strive to maintain a positive mindset and like to have a laugh, but I balance that with being hard working, efficient and holding high standards when it comes to values, outputs and being there to guide or help others. I'm passionate about nutrition and general wellness, as well as believing that we achieve much better results when we avoid panic/ worry and choose to remain calm.
