• Lead the HR reporting function defining HR metrics to inform strategic decisions within HR and across the business. Identify and implement process automation opportunities in reporting: automated reports according to the Business areas needs (SFSF and BI).• Definition and maintenance ETL processes to ensure data quality of the datawarehouse (BW).• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data in our different systems (SAP, SuccessFactors & BI). • Define, implement and manage the HR's PowerBI environment, working from ETL processes and data modeling in BI to optimize effective decision making.• Responsible for HR Budgeting & Forecasting (SAC - Integrated Planning). Analysis of the different payroll cost, benefits, and operational expenses. Develop accurate budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating closely with HRBP and the Financial division to align these processes with departmental goals and strategies.• Data governance's definition activities to uphold data quality and consistency, access to confidential data, security and privacy.• Leading training sessions to promote a data driven organizational culture and good practices in data processing.

• Owning the end-to-end hiring process with focus on Tech roles and Bootcamp Instructors (Web Development, Data, UX/UI and Cybersecurity) in all 9 campuses.• Data analysis of the following key metrics: attrition, turnover rates and performance evaluation.• Definition and maintenance historical records of talent acquisition metrics.• Development of a Metabase dashboard with main indicators of People Analytics.

• Owning the end-to-end hiring process for financial profiles at all levels.• Data collection of hiring process to set KPIs and OKRs.• Creating Talent Acquisition Dashboard and provide analytical recruiting reports to hiring managers

Focus on: Reporting, Employee Benefits, Talent and Corporate Communication.• Diversity and Inclusion: audit of hr processes with focus on talent development and hiring process. Redesign of these processes to mitigate the impact of unconscious bias. A/B testing analysis.
