I’m the Senior Director, Brand at IFS, a global enterprise software vendor, with world-wide responsibility for our brand strategy, sponsorships, inhouse department, M&A (brand aspect), customer advocacy and reputation management. Some of my key accomplishments so far: • total rebranding the company (visible, for instance, on Burj Khalifa and Times Square), • successful activation of global sponsorships (Aston Martin F1 team, Sri Lanka national cricket team, Team England rugby and more), • building a CSR initiative spanning 50+ countries, and • creating IFS’s global customer and prospect surveys. I am also a PhD in Brand Portfolios Management with expertise in brand architecture (how to structure the optimal portfolio of brands). My research has been published in esteemed academic journals, such as the Journal of Consumer Marketing and Journal of Brand Management.
