CM Trading Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. (a part of IME Group) is the primary distributor of Ncell, Nepal’s largest telecom service provider, and offers other services such as DishHome. It also manages real estate and property finances, serving the Nepalese retail sector with world-class brands.Since August 2017, as a acting (Cluster Manager) leading Ncell's sales and distribution business in Mechi, Nepal, my primary responsibilities encompass overseeing operations, sales, and business activities in Cluster-14. In this role, I manage a group of stores, branches, and outlets (POS) within a defined geographical area. I coordinate with a team of 35 sales members, including Supervisors/FOS, to set and achieve sales targets for both individual team members and the overall Cluster 14.
