With the total approximately 7 Years, 4 Months, 19 Days of working experiences of mechanical, electrical, commissioning, civil and structural engineering job as a HSE practitioner and others position. Build up self through the learning, understand and accept the new thing and new experience via the positive thinking, hardworking and open minded. Work in team is the guide for myself to be more independent, respect, good player in condition to facing up more challenging working environment.Along my career, I was practicing things such like;> Advice on anything that related to HSE matters to ensure the compliance with requirements set forth in OSHA.> Documentation (reports and records, JHA, SOP) and implementation to maintain the QMS (HSE Terms).> Dealing with the government and with the relevant departments or agencies. > Conduct awareness program like Morning Toolbox Meeting, safety induction and necessary awareness training for workers.> Monitoring to ensure SHE is implemented and eliminate neglect on workplace; and work leader to ensure working environment always in excellent condition. > Inspection and hazard hunting and immediate corrective action also to ensure no action that can detrimental or affect the level of safety and health during critical/major activity such as high pressure activity, confined space, heavy lifting and any other activity that identified as highly hazardous. > Equipment monitoring and arranging the necessary inspection as per required.> Designated as authorized gas tester and entry supervisor.My career goal and objective is to gain experiences as much as I will and become a professional HSE practitioner and it will be my reason to not stop learning, become more positive, broad-minded to accept community as teachers that always teaching.
