The Asbuilt Company is based in Charlotte NC providing full service building measurement and existing condition as-built consulting services and has been leading the industry since 1997. Originally a full service design firm, The Design Group, provided Architectural multi-disciple design services, such as space planning to a variety of industries. We quickly realized the need for a dedicated client focused As-built service provider that would engage in high level accurate deliverables for specific client needs, combined with our gold standard service approach. Although our service area started in Charlotte, we expanded our coverage reach into the Southeast in 2005 and currently provide services nationwide. Our clients are architects, engineers, national food and retail chains, commercial real estate professionals, property managers, REITs, and building owners. Our services include As-Built Floor Plans / Up-fits and Expert BOMA Analysis, Office Space Planning for Building Owners, Property Management, Architects and Real Estate Professionals. We also work with our national food and retail chain clients by providing as-builts for re-branding roll-outs. Our as-built services are also needed when our clients have property asset disposition needs.
