Aila Castane Jalloh (She/Her/Ella) Email and Phone Number
My background in nonprofit marketing, community management, and event production is the driving force behind my mission to build community and design unique experiences that amplify our stories. In 2020, I pivoted from the nonprofit sector to working closely with female founders who are shifting paradigms through a social and healing justice lens. I've worked with brands such as Latinx Parenting, Parenting for Liberation, Venceremos Healing, Parenting Decolonized, and The Rooted Collaborative. And I believe healing (for self and for community) are at the core of these paradigm shifts.Mose recently, I managed #WeAllGrow Latina's Amigahood community, growing the digital membership from 12,000 —> over 26,000+ in two years and produced weekly virtual programming that elevate the stories and voices of Latinas.
