After leaving the Bank in 2002, I set up my own company providing freelance outdoor instruction to a number of companies throughout Scotland.I work with a number of team development companies in the facilitation of corporate team development events, providing in-depth feedback to clients ensuring maximum return on their training days. This can be in the form of light facilitated feedback on a fun event to fully facilitated team development days for senior management and board members. Companies we have worked with include :-The Royal Bank of Scotland, Natwest, Bailie Gifford, EDF Energy, Scottish Government.As a fully qualified off road driving instructor I have been involved in providing driving experiences to te general public and providing quality training to corporate and charity client. These include the NHS, British Red Cross Society, mountain rescue teams and local 4x4 charities.
