Sr. Technology Trainer
In this role I lead the customer training function for Remarque Systems, from assessing customer needs in our Learning Management System, to onboarding new team members, to content development and implementation, this role covers it all. I facilitate customer engagement by communicating with customers about upcoming platform updates and I develop customer specific learning and performance support resources. In this role I also partner with colleagues in Continuous Learning at our parent company Premier Research to plan for and facilitate leadership and team programs to an international audience. So far this has included planning for and implementing a Leading in a Hybrid Environment program and delivering courses such as the Oz Principle, Core Values of High Functioning Teams, Communication Styles and Fierce Conversations.
