I’m responsible for overall experience of the tool, working hard to make thousands of UX/CX designers, marketers, product owners and others happy and efficient.Doing all kind of UX and management activities, from analyzing research findings, sketching/prototyping in Figma and personally validating ideas, up to curating design, research and product team and developing and maintaining UX strategy. My goal is making sure our product brings value to real people and seeing actual evidence of that is what I love most.

Proud to be one of the founders of the Belarusian community of business and system analysts. Played active part in establishing this organization (content creation, help with organizing events, giving analysis-related talks and more).

Together with Yuri Vedenin developed the very first educational courses on User Experience design in our country under the ITMINE brand. Personally ran a number of public and corporate courses and workshops, covering all theoretical and practical aspects of human-centered design.

Together with Alexandra Privado created and ran a new discipline (User experience design) for the students, involving a number of practical classes for user research, UI design and usability evaluation.
