The accounts within my responsibility were KPN Telecom, Ericsson, Ben (T-Mobile) and Debitel.The account management consisted of building relationships with clients and acquiring new accounts in the telecom market based on my own accountplans. Determining the specific needs of mobile telecom operators and subsequently developing concepts to act on these needs were also part of the activities.
