Managing of large scale projects withing (but not limited to) the High Voltage branch.

* Responsible (via IPM model) for a 10 year project with the Electrial Net Operator in North Holland (NH)* Project consists of rebuilding or placing Medium Voltage distribution stations to supply energy in NH.* Responsible for a team of approximately 65 people, varying from engineers to field electricians and everything in between.* Project figures into the 7 digits.

* Responsible for the a part of the region North-Holland; Laying the distribution network for the electrical net. Including the replacing of older networks and electrical distribution stations.* Leading a team of Project managers, Engineers and certified workers in the field.* As part of the Regional Management Team, securing the Regional yearly strategic objectives.

* Managing a team of 15-20 allround engineers and product engineers.* Managing 3 productlines within Engineering* Managing projects (specific) where required due to specific experience.* Managing seperate building.* Managing IT department.* Writing protocols for the Engineering department; With 2nd Colleague, steering the engineering department.
