As a former Cybersecurity Detection and Response intern at UF Information Technology, I am passionate about protecting the university's network and systems from cyber threats. I write Python scripts to identify and fingerprint infrastructure using JA3s, and shadow the incident and response staff to learn the escalation process. I also hold CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications, demonstrating my knowledge and skills in cybersecurity and IT operations.In addition to my work at UFIT, I am an active member and co-chair of the blue team at the UF Student Information Security Team, where I compete, coach, and lead in various cybersecurity competitions. I have placed second at the 2023 NCAE CyberGames Nationals, and participated in CyberForce and CCDC Regionals. I am also pursuing my Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Florida, and have an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from the Collegiate High School at Northwest Florida State College. Outside of security, I am working on a personal project to aggregate flight data and building out my home lab.
