As a design systems specialist at Backbase, I am driving the evolution and maintenance of our cutting-edge design systems for iOS, Android & Web, while constantly improving the white-label and theming capabilities of Backbase's products to provide flexible and innovative solutions for our customers.

After my arrival at Backbase, as a pivotal member of the Design System team, I have:• Led the design and development of a new design token architecture, significantly enhancing the white-label theming capabilities of the design system. This initiative has rendered Backbase being able to cater for even more complex branding requirements of its customers.• Led the refreshment of iOS and Android component libraries to incorporate the latest Figma features. My efforts have not only modernized our libraries but also improved the usability the design system as a whole.• Using Figma Plugin API, I have developed a proprietary plugin for Figma that automates and simplifies the theming process. This tool has been instrumental in saving time for our customers and fostering efficiency within the Backbase design community.

Defined, documented and designed the core foundations, patterns and UI components of Unified Design System for Raiffeisen Bank International and its 13 subsidiary international network banks.

Designed and developed a web-based design documentation platform that centralizes design documentation for designers and developers in Tatra banka and helps spread knowledge about design & user-centered mindset among the organisation.

My first professional UX design experience in an agency environment. I designed for dozens of clients in need to boost their web experiences varying from the design of presentational websites, landing pages all the way to complex e-commerce sites.
