Over the past 5 years I've gone from working "in the field," to getting people there, and now translating our work into visual mediums that captivate and promote our work . I help potential new hires, donors, and followers discover our work in Guatemala, Sierra Leone, Mozambique, and the Republic of Georgia.During my tenure as Executive Field Director I had the pleasure of helping to add four more long term field workers to our roster, committing more than 150 hours towards direct communication with our people in the field, four site visits including Sierra Leone, helping to coordinate a major FTF Summit with guest speakers, and opening a new site in Appalachia. After having lived in Guatemala for 4 years I married, moved to Russia and adopted children where my role changed to that of a designer / producer. I co-produced a podcast that has seen steady growth from the outset, developed and manage the First Things Foundation website in addition to our sister project, Keipi Restaurant. But despite all these changes, one aspect has remained the same: a focus on people and their needs. That's where my path led yesterday, it's the one I'm on now, and the one I'll be walking tomorrow.
