Maintaining a SAP landscape and coordinating changes in the SAP cloud (SAP HEC) and Azure cloud. In this role hands on knowledge is still needed to perform action within the SAP system and for monitoring the third party. Stedin works Scrum and Agile in an IT department with over four hundred people.

After three years working for Facilicom my work was outsourced to Skysource. My work did not change, only the relation to Facilicom, now Facilicom is a customer and not an employer. During the Skysource period I worked full time for Facilicom.

Facilicom is a service provider, their main services are: cleaning, security of buildings, cagtering and building. My job was performing maintenance and projects related to SAP systems. When I started by Facilicom, they had just started to use SAP. A big past of my job was to get the SAP system more reliable and to make it perform better. Explaining technical solutions and improving current solutions/implementations is an important part of my job.

The department of Xtentional I worked for did maintenance of SAP systems for customers. This was a new business for Xtentional. We had one big customer and a view little ones, our focus was to grow. My function as a senior basis consultant was to design, plan and execute technical projects. I worked together with sales. Projects ranged from installing SAP systems to moving entire SAP landscapes from one datacenter to an other datacenter. Though I worked for the maintenance department of Xtentional I also performed a few projects for the SAP consultancy department of Xtentional.

At Aepex managed technical work such as: upgrades, migrations and installations. Important projects I did during this period include the intallation of a PI landscape and an upgrade of a CRM system. in bothprojects I was the lead technical consultant, I coordinated the work for junior consultants. finaly I performed a number of heterogenious system copies and I helped customers to set up their SAP lnadscape.

Freelance SAP consultancy

I have given the following courses: ADM325, SAP Software logistics for ABAP; SAPTEC, SAP Netweaver Application Server Fundamentals; ADM315, Workload Analysis AS ABAP

My first tasks where installing SAP systems, solving (big) performace issues and helping with the more difficult technical support issues. The last one and a half year I was involved in the cross departmental (five ministeries) HR project as a technical consultant. I was a contact person maintenance issues, did coordination for SAP basis tasks and performed SAP basis tasks. During the time at the Min. of Justice I also was responsible for the training and coatching of a trainee (including appraisal).

As a freelance SAP consultant I served several customers. My main tasks where installations and upgrade of SAP systems. I also gave support on day to day issues for several systems.

As a part of the SAP basis team helping with the roll out of the worldwide SAP implementation. Software configuration management, client copies and general basis tasks. A big part of the job was setting up the document management project and the intranet project.

Magnus is a SAP implementation partner. My tasks where installing, upgrading and setting up maintenance for mostly new SAP customers. Also teaching colleagues and customers about how to install and maintain SAP was a part of my job. I worked in project teams or as a single consultant customer site.
