•Execute sourcing and selection processes for hourly and salaried workforce needs including: job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, documentation, compliance, correspondence, communication with candidates, reference checking, coordinating offers, and finalizing the hiring process. Work with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to deliver excellent customer service and Mosaic brand image.•Research and source candidates through advanced search techniques and developing internal and external search strategies per position assignment. Provide recruiting support and conduct research on new recruiting sources to support search efforts.•Coordinate and execute campus recruiting, career fairs, and other creative sourcing initiatives.•Follow and help coordinate standardized recruiting processes and maintain compliance through required record keeping. Prepare and deliver reports from Applicant Tracking System (Peoplefluent).• Assist with generating candidate pool by conducting web searches, sourcing resumes through various internet job boards including LinkedIn and attending networking events. Conduct initial phone screens to determine candidate’s viability for various roles.• Department projects as assigned. Provides input for continuous process improvement for more effective systems, processes and procedures.• Coordinate new hire activities and documentation with managers and Human Resources representatives including offer letter generation.-Manage Campus Recruitment initiatives and referral bonus program.
