Specializing in writing and editing client publications for a sophisticated, internationally-focused transactional law practice as well as in strategic analysis of the Canadian legal market. As a member of the Ontario bar for thirty years, also involved in research and analysis of legal issues and with internal continuing legal education. Extensive experience over more than twenty years in both law firm marketing and legal knowledge management. Involved from an early stage in the development of social media in the Canadian legal marketplace and have contributed to the development of law firm websites and print advertising. Author, co-author or editor of hundreds of CLE notes and client updates; co-author of several papers on business litigation topics. Previously taught philosophy at an instructor or adjunct level at the University of Toronto and York University. Areas of specialization included logic, critical thinking, philosophy of law, early modern philosophy, the Scottish Enlightenment and particularly the moral psychology of David Hume and his British contemporaries. Refereed articles published in several significant academic journals in the areas of moral psychology and intellectual history.
