As an Engineer at Baxter International Inc., I develop and improve design controls, processes, and verification and validation activities for medical devices and equipment. I apply my knowledge and skills in Industrial Engineering, R&D, and Quality Control to ensure that the products meet the safety, performance, and regulatory standards.I have a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Northern Illinois University and a Master's degree in Project Management from University of the Cumberlands. I also have ANSYS and PRO-E certifications from the Central Institute of Tool Design in India. I have experience in performing various analysis tools, such as Hazard Analysis, Risk Analysis, FMEA, PFMEA, RCA, FTA, and ETA, as well as migrating and comparing BOM, Recipe, Production Version, and Drawing reports from PLMs. I am passionate about finding innovative solutions and enhancing the quality and efficiency of the design and production processes.
