 In charge of processing orders of Selecta ice cream in Province of Laguna. Processing and documenting bad stocks of clients product to be reported at Selecta warehouse for a refund or in-exchange of good products if necessary.  Processing of new outlet creation into our system application. Daily preparation of sales report in excel format to be submitted into our sales supervisor and managers thru email. As salesman I visited our outlet/client’s stores to check their stocks and clean/arrange if necessary and picked their orders and payments.

 In-charge for monthly submission of government reports.  Assisting and performing initial interview for new applicants. Performs maintenance and troubleshooting for computer related problems both hardware and software.  Monitoring of internet for Wireless and LAN users and reporting problems to our internet service provider thru phone calls.

Primarily handles weekly payroll, daily trip report of drivers, maintenances and staffs. Encode driver’s trip report for payroll and billing preparation. Weekly processing of payroll for drivers, maintenances and staffs.

Monitoring and operating production machines on shifting schedules. Encoding and manually listing all the transactions from collecting products to be process and delivering to the next processing station inside production. Properly endorse to the next shift operator.
