Ásdís is a trained medical herbalist and a graduate from University of East London since 2005. Over the past two decades, she has seen more than thousands of patients and specializes in identifying the underlying cause of her patient's conditions to achieve lasting health transformations and wellbeing for her patients. Ásdís uses a personalized protocol for her patients, using primarily nutrition, lifestyle, nutraceuticals and botanical medicines plus other proven interventions to optimize her patient's health. Her focus and special interest and knowledge is in the space of the following: preventative medicine, health promotion, public health, integrative medicine, women's health, metabolic health, chronic diseases and inflammatory disorders.As a public speaker, Ásdís has held numerous talks and seminars on various health related topics both for individuals, organizations and companies.
