With a leadership vision and a passion for creating innovative solutions in design and facility engineering, Engineer Aseel Al-Majali has spent 12 years in designing, managing, and rehabilitating buildings and facilities using the latest technological solutions and artificial intelligence. She has managed the design and implementation of national and international projects at the Jordanian Royal Court, the FIFA Women's World Cup, and at the Ministry of Youth, Ministry of Higher Education, the National Center for Women's Health, and the Crown Prince Foundation, to develop youth, sports, and educational facilities. She also works as a specialized consultant in innovative facilities and infrastructure.Aseel holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Jordan and a Master’s in Business Administration from the German University. She currently holds the position of Director of Engineering and Facility Management at the Crown Prince Foundation Initiative/Al-Hussein Technical University, where she was one of the founders of the university and designed all its facilities to suit the modern and innovative character of contemporary educational buildings.
