Coordinate work between Sales and Operation teams regarding allocation of daily tasks for each Career Advisor.Handling clients with specific inquiries (post sale inquiries) when the Post Sale Operations team can not address their inquiries.Responsible for conducting the Training of new joiners in terms of introducing them to the department and its sections, how it works and benefits Job Seekers with the various products we provide to them.Explain the services provided to the job seeker and the difference between them, then conduct some kind of quizzes to evaluate the new joiner knowledge of what have been delivered at each stage of training schedule.Introduce the new joiner to the aspects of a career advisor/sales executive job and how they can perform as a professional Career Advisor, then start the practical training phase with making mock calls.Supervised new joiner’s work during the trial period before confirmation and support them to be able and handle their work responsibilities completely. Performed aggressive cold calls and translated the department services with the objective of converting prospective clients from unpaid order list to paid orders.Prioritizing sales activities and customer prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims in addition to generating daily sales reports on sales figures and feedback. Attaining proficiency of all newly CV and Career packages products introduced while communicating the same to potential customers with the objective of converting them to actual clients.Providing customers with quality service and product information, resolving customer requests, orders, complaints and suggestions within the give time frame.Contacting clients in order to respond to inquiries, provided feedback on clients’ perception of the service and possible revenue bottlenecks accordingly to the direct manager.Tracking and forecasting sales to determine desired progress toward stated departmental targets and goals.
