Production EngineerOngc Oct 2011 - Dec 2015New Delhi, Delhi, In•Supervised a 5-member team of engineers and technicians and managed external contractors and vendors to ensure proper execution, commissioning, and on-time startup of the ∼$650M B-193 project.• Evaluated, advocated, and implemented modification in condensate liquid delivery line resulting in early commissioning and condensate liquid production of 4500 barrels a day. Recipient of Asset manager award in 2014 for minimizing production loss.• Spearheaded operations and analyzed production trends for ∼30 wells to identify production improvement, preventive maintenance opportunities for an asset producing 16000 barrels of oil and 1.1 million cubic meters of gas per day.• Developed completion/workover programs to maximize production and minimize well downtime for wells in the Mumbai offshore assets of ONGC having a cumulative oil production of more than 300,000 barrels of oil per day.• Prepared daily production reports in SAP and ensured well tests are completed as scheduled for production accounting and determining production enhancement opportunities.• Coordinated with engineering support groups for timely commissioning and testing of DCS, SCADA & PLC systems for wellheads, compressors, turbines, pumps, and state of art acid gas removal and disposal units.
