As Manager, Market Research, I work as part of the Demand Gen division to identify new growth opportunities for Phreesia's industry leading products for the provider healthcare sector in the U.S.• Providing effective coordination between the Phreesia Demand Gen stakeholders and the Research team responsible for researching US healthcare organizations.• Leading a team of analysts, senior analysts, project leads and team lead to deliver multiple, time critical projects with requisite quality.• Monitoring resource allocation for projects• Ensuring project deliverable stay within the required quality guidelines• Project Management and Coordination with internal and client-partner side stakeholders• Have regular connect with the Senior Managers/Director/VP and Other Phreesia stakeholders to identify/discuss/mitigate any resource or research related challenges• Analyze Salesforce reports to benchmark team performance • Responsible for increasing process efficacy with benchmarking, automation and best in class practice• Proactively monitoring secondary as well as primary research processes to meet project level requirements and minimize errors• Identify project risks and independently implement mitigation strategies• Provide feedback to leadership team about levels of performance of the overall team, overseeing team KPIs & ensuring consistent improvement month over month• Manage, mentor, coach, and develop the team to perform better, transform processes and improve the team in terms of efficiency and quality • Coordinate proper training schedules and on-boarding journey of new joiners within the team to provide them required process knowledge
