- Was part of a six-member team in the pharmaceutical glass department which handled raw material allocation. - Lead two members of the team directly.- Making product costing presentations to senior management and highlighting allocation inefficiencies. - Our team successfully created a financial viability report for an upcoming glass dropper manufacturing product which got approved by senior management. - Provided team with inputs on glass tubing price fluctuation trends in the Chinese market vis a vis India. - Assessing the impact of duties and their frequent changes with respect to product costing. - Conducted Data collection activities with respect to interest rates, depreciation, rental costs, product conversions costs etc.. for senior team members and management.

Co-Founded a Human Genome sequencing company with a core focus on Oncology related Tumour DNA sequencing products. Tumour DNA mutation results are used to guide patient treatment with useful drugs such as Targeted therapies & Immunotherapies. Currently working with Illumina & Oxford Nanopore technologies.

- Working with the EY team on analyzing inefficiencies in the companies organizational and financial framework. - Interviewing BM’s (Branch Managers) from all across India, compiling and collating results and presenting it to management.- Collecting data on Branch sales and conveying it to management.- Visiting Branches to understand reasons for underperformance and conveying the same to management, also recommended solutions.- Cross questioning BM’s to understand reasons of cost overruns.- Coordinating with EY team and making presentations to them with recommended organizational and cost control systems as deemed fit by me.- Made a cash flow analysis for 2 Mumbai based insurance branches.
