Main responsibilities included branding and communications, leading global support, CRM initiatives, localization and support for Truecaller's first monetization efforts.

Spotify's 2nd marketing hire. Deeply involved in every area of marketing to help grow from a few hundred monthly active users to 100 million MAUs by the end of my tenure. Areas of focus over the years included PR, social media marketing, new market launches, website ownership, head of customer support, localization, content marketing, event and music marketing & establishing Spotify’s product marketing organization.
