In my role at Teamwork Technology, I've had the privilege of providing leadership for a three-month onsite assignment with Stromberg, Sweden—a prominent player in advertising and marketing. Our dedicated team collaborated closely to enhance their online advertisements management application, contributing to the client's success in a competitive industry.Additionally, I took on the challenging role of onsite Tech Lead for the development of a mobile Survey Application catering to the Australian Government. This application streamlined the process of capturing foil insulation details via mobile devices, further optimizing data processing through an integrated online content management system.My expertise extends to architectural leadership, as demonstrated in the successful refactoring of the invoicing module for a Facility Management system developed for ADDICI, Sweden. As a key player in this project, we enhanced the efficiency and functionality of the system, contributing to ADDICI's position as a leader in Service Management.

I initially joined Cryptodyne as a Senior Engineer, contributing significantly to their key product, MSN Messenger Plus. This innovative add-on to MSN Messenger ensured secure conversations between users through the implementation of the highest level of encryption.As the company expanded, Cryptodyne ventured into the software services market, providing development solutions to both local and international clients. In this phase, I had the privilege of donning multiple hats, taking on roles as an Engineering Manager and Architect for various projects. Notable among them was the complete rewrite of the Red Dot Tours (UK) web application and the Luxurious Sri Lanka project.One of the unique aspects of my role at Cryptodyne was the opportunity to lead the development of animation-heavy websites using Flash, catering to both corporate and celebrity clients. This journey allowed me to take on the role of Lead Action Script Developer, bringing creativity and entertainment to the forefront of our projects.

TrilobyteLabs specializes in crafting bespoke applications for Sri Lankan companies, with a primary focus on Accounting Systems, Human Resource Management Systems, and Online Reservations Systems. Notably, TrilobyteLabs earned its stripes as one of the early adopters of the Microsoft .NET framework, paving the way for innovative solutions as early as 2002.During my tenure at TrilobyteLabs, I had the privilege of taking on the backend-lead role in multiple projects, each contributing to the success stories of our clients. Notable projects include spearheading an HRM implementation for Matrix Garments, developing an Online Reservation Platform for Kani Lanka Resorts, and contributing to the creation of an Accounting platform for Camillus Publications.

Prudential Technologies (PTL) was initially created to cater to the in-house requirements of the esteemed Prudential Holdings group, which included well-known entities such as FreightLinks International, Prudential Automobile (now Micro Cars International), and Impression Labels. As the company expanded, Prudential Technologies evolved into a software services provider, extending its expertise to serve foreign companies.One of our significant milestones at PTL was being the first Sri Lankan company to develop a Learning Management System (LMS) in 2000, tailored for an Israeli-based client named HighQ. This groundbreaking LMS empowered us to create courses, quizzes, and provide personalized feedback to students based on their behavior while adhering to SCORM standards. The success of this venture led to the creation of Sat2Go.com, the first app built on this innovative LMS.In my role, I took on the responsibility of leading the backend development of this LMS, wearing multiple hats throughout the project to adapt to the evolving needs. It was a challenging yet rewarding experience that allowed me to contribute to cutting-edge solutions and stay at the forefront of the industry.
