- Work hand-in-hand with the project team to create a mutual understanding of the project strategy based on the requirement of the job- Conduct in-depth reviews and analysis of all project or contract documents so as to be familiar with every detail and/or requirements- Work with safety units to plan and manage safety programs for each project and make sure that all aspects of safety are reached- Help project managers and engineers in the arrangement and analysis of projects and scheduling of reports on projects- Oversee projects as they are being carried out to make sure that the work is done according to outlined specifications, and that they also conform with project timetable- Assist in the maintenance, development, and enhancement of the company’s relationship with contractors in a bid to produce strategic partnership- Train and mentor employees in areas of project management and estimating.- Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives- Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves- Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary- Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions- Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track- Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails- Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

- Following the construction program.- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.- Following the design drawings.- Following up all the materials submittals and architectural, structural and MEP drawings with the clients and consultants.- Preparing all the civil shop drawings and coordinates the same with the MEP and finishing works till getting the client approval.- Coordinating the site activities with the site engineers and foremen, as well as, manage the resources and work flow, track the time schedule.- Following up all the civil and MEP subcontractors and coordinates with the site requirements base on time schedule.- Investigate damage, accidents or delays at construction site to ensure that proper procedures are being carried.- Coordinating between all architectural, electromechanical & structural drawings.- Following and preparing all concerned authority’s paper works.- Responsible for all civil construction & finishing activities with all types of Piling / shoring/Enabling Works, concreting for variety slabs and foundation composite section.- Preparation of daily Reports & weekly/ monthly look ahead Plans.- Cost evaluation of disruption extension of time.- Coordinate with consultant and company representative on any progress.- Meeting problems encountered on site.- Preparing the submittals of different materials and samples.- Administer projects performance acceptable certification and project close out reports.- Managing & Controlling resources available on the site with help of site Engineer & foreman.- Preparing All Civil & Arch. Inspection & following up all works in the construction Field.- Preparing the Civil & Architectural Shop Drawings.- Following up all subcontractors’ works and coordinate between them.- Coordinating between all arch., electromechanical, structure drawing and Works- Following the construction planning program.
