As a Teaching Assistant, I am supporting students and instructors across a range of Business Information Technology courses. In some courses, I have been the Head Teaching Assistant, tasked with managing the rest of the supporting staff, making course materials, and related higher-level responsibilities.

I am involved with the BuddyGPT project, a chatbot extension that aims to assist students in their courses by analyzing information about the course and its materials on Canvas. My role within the project has shifted given the needs of the project consisting of research, development, and compliance tracking.

As a primarily front-end developer for the Honours Office at the University of Twente, I have worked on developing IT solutions such as an application & selection procedure system to optimize program operations, and a web application for reserving meeting rooms & educational books. I have collaborated with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and maintaining usability and security standards.

I improved the OntoUML 2.0 model validation and transformation tool, ensuring it is reliable for use by students and researchers in courses and research activities. The tool is a work of research in the area of Ontology & ComputerScience.

I oversaw the installation and maintenance of machine voting equipment for three national elections in 2021. In this role, I developed and implemented a transport plan for the voting machines, troubleshooted and resolved issues, ensured proper safety and installation procedures, and facilitated clear communication among team members, including Bulgarian and Spanish-speaking technicians. Additionally, I provided support as a call center assistant, offering assistance to technicians who required help with the voting equipment.

I was responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of computer hardware and software issues, including peripherals and hardware components. Additionally, I performed regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance and installed and configured hardware and software components on both desktop and laptop computers. My troubleshooting skills and attention to detail allowed me to identify and resolve issues efficiently, contributing to the smooth operation of the company.
