I have over 15 years of experience and focusing in commercial litigation, arbitration, competition law, administrative cases as well as consumer protection and bankruptcy disputes. At Assegaf Hamzah & Partners I lead my team advising clients on contentious consumer protection, cartel regulation, administrative matter, bankruptcy and corruption issues, applying my deep understanding of the regulations to deliver solutions. I represent clients across a broad spectrum of industries, from technology and telecommunications to aviation, shipping, consumer good, F&B, and pharmaceuticals. I am chairman of the Indonesian Competition Lawyers Association (ICLA) and I regularly contribute to leading industry-focused publications.
