I am a Research and Development Supervisor at PT Diamond Cold Storage, Meat Processing Division.I have a bachelor's degree in food technology from Universitas Pasundan, and I have obtained multiple certifications in product development, halal product assurance, and document control in the food industry. My core competencies include quality management, continuous improvement, and product development.In my current role, I conduct research on the desired product characteristics according to customer and management requests, coordinate with suppliers of material providers, analyze alternative raw materials, create product development plans, and perform product adjustments. I work with a cross-functional team of production, marketing, and sales staff, and I support them with my expertise and guidance. I am motivated by the challenge and creativity of developing innovative and high-quality products that meet the needs and preferences of the customers. I am also passionate about learning new skills and technologies that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the R&D process. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in different food sectors, such as nutrition and health, and I have a strong background in food science and engineering.
