Duties and responsibilities:Manage and provide leadership to a group of Development IT Professionals.Approve Project Proposals, Project Plans and Project Designs.Ensure that Area Managers develop and deliver solutions according to the approved work program with adherence to time, cost, regulatory and quality parameters, and ensure business solutions are 'fit for purpose'.Help Marketing and Sales Director to manage and promote relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, 3rd-party vendors and other groups within the organization.Assist the General Manager in building a culture of high performance, pro-activity, business co-operation, continuous improvement and service delivery. Implement organizational change from initiatives identified in the Culture Plan.Remain abreast of technology and provide technology leadership, which is embodied in the IT strategy and architecture.In addition to respond effectively to the day by day technical challenges, be consultative in order to adhere and promote adoption and use of company standards and processes, and collaborate with the Technical Director in the definition of development methodologies.Train and develop team members to improve skills and performance.Work with the General Manager to determine, track and manage project’s development budgets.
