Human resource professional who previously worked in learning and development wing.My experience has primarily come from working with various businesses as a member of the learning and development team, where I have assisted organizations in developing and implementing learning strategies and programs, deploying various learning techniques like coaching, job shadowing, online training, and so forth, and organizing e-learning programs, workshops, and other trainings.I was given the chance to work as a human resources specialist when I relocated to Kuwait, and I eagerly seized the chance as larger category of Human Resource is Learning & Development. I now handle hiring, payroll, employee engagement, performance improvement plans, and other administrative tasks for Rawasi Group Company and its subsidiary. Although I'm new to the sector, I think I can expand on my existing talents to improve both the staff and customer experiences thanks to my aptitude for planning, working with others, and leadership.I am more self-aware and analytical since I am an introvert. I have a strong desire to learn, am perceptive, attentive, and intent on leaving a positive impression. I am also incredibly organized both at business and in general life. Even in the hectic world of today, I find the time to take long walks, view sunrises and sunsets, and read novels.
