Trip wise tracker monitoring & Physical Reporting as mandatory.• Coordination with haulers / EOPL Finance to make available freight claims in timely manners against all supply’s Primary movements as well as Local secondary supplies & ensure recoveries against product shortages / prepare statements for debit & credits accounts with deduction from monthly transport payments.• Freight updation in SAP / issuance of purchase orders- Refinery product procurement.• Prepare all kind of sales/ movement reports under IFEM regime, Contractor performance evaluation reports.• Sending / receiving all dispatches (Couriers) for Supply Dept. maintaining all audit records in soft & hard both files for company sales, transportation & supply reporting.• Preparing / extracting & Reporting from SAP data for IFEM & Supplies.• Issuance of Supply Purchase Orders in SAP.
