JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:• Ensuring 3 way and 2 way matching is performed before PO and Non PO based invoices are posted in system.• As a part of posting Non PO invoice, ensuring that expenses are charged to accounts and cost centers.• Comparing system reports to balances and verifying entries and Issuing purchase order amendments and stop payments.• Ensuring long outstanding advances and invoices are cleared and the overall pending items are kept to acceptable level through ageing analysis.• Continuously working on different projects to automate the invoicing and payments process, to achieve overall efficiency of the operations and ensure further strengthening of the system.• Cooperating and maintaining effective working relationship with the internal and external auditors in meeting their duties by providing all relevant and requested data.• Collaborating with internal departments and relevant stakeholders to in accurately capturing the accruals data, monthly closing and executing their reporting responsibilities.VALUE ADDITIONS:FINANCE:• Segregation of duties were ensured in the AP function, by separating the roles of invoice posting and payments to vendors.• Two way matching of non-PO based invoices was ensured.SAP HANA S/4:• Involved in the implementation of SAP-MBC project (Multi banking connectivity) resulting automated payments to vendors through F-110.• Along with SAP-MBC, EBS (Electronic Bank Statement) was also implemented, to ensure auto-reconciliation of vendor payments.
