Andre serves as Vice President of Transactions and General Counsel for Tellus Group. He leads acquisition and disposition efforts and serves as general counsel on all legal matters. He also works alongside the rest of the team planning new communities, collaborating with municipalities, interfacing with existing and potential future homebuilder partners, capitalizing developments, structuring joint ventures, managing current developments and coordinating investor communications.Tellus Group LLC is a real estate investment firm focused on residential and mixed-use land development with a primary focus in master-planned, amenity-rich lifestyle communities. Tellus Group seeks to deliver risk-adjusted rates of return that build and sustain investor trust throughout the investment cycle.

At JLL (after its merger with HFF), I advised clients on their capitalization of real estate assets. I worked to source debt, equity, and buyers for a variety of asset classes including: multi-family, industrial, hospitality, office, retail and student housing. My primary focus was on development opportunities.During my time at JLL/HFF, I was involved in $2.5 billion of closed transactions.

Represented a broad range of clients engaged in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development for retail, office, industrial, hospitality, alternative energy, and multi-family projects. During my time at Haynes and Boone, I was involved in $3.5 billion of closed transactions.
