My research is focused on the motivations and processes of purpose-driven firms who adopt and advance sustainability and social issues while being profit-driven. In doing so, I also study the reactions and perceptions of stakeholders, such as consumers and employees of these firms, to the adoption of a purpose-driven corporate brand identity and initiatives.Specialties: Experience in conducting semi-structured interviews, ethnographies, focus groups, survey creations, data analysis and profile creation using SPSS and NVivo (Qualitative and Quantitative Research).
