Responsible for the total operation, sales, budgeting, administration and logistic of the company, as distributor of VITRO, the main market of the company is the pharmaceutical, human and veterinary laboratories, and the mid range food and wine producers, with sales and customers in Mexico City and the entire Mexico country.Goals and relevant information:Increase the number of customers in the laboratories category, including, large human like Liomont and Asofarma in Mexico City, and Ifa Celtics in CIVAC, Morelos, and Veterinary like Aranda In Queretaro, and Tornell in Mexico City, change the system of salesperson for a system with customer care, support and follow up for different projects as technical advisors and solution integrators.

Responsible Of the operations of four strategic bussines units, Industrial fuel oil distribution unit, industrial diesel distribution unit, gasoline station net (5 stations), logistics & transportation of regular freight, oil products tank and railroad oil transport. Additionally in charge of the TIC, HR, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and process development. Goals and relevant information:Full Company reorganization making corporate structure with the integration of the strategic business units as corparate branches with a central administration body based in boards and committees. Cost and expense reduction in a 15% sharing the administrative labour structures.

Responsible of the Finance and Administration area of the Company, including Controlling, Supply chain, IT, Treasure and Human Resources. Goals and relevant information:Full Company process automatization with the implementation of an ERP, Regularizatioon of the federal and local requirements of the labour and fiscal authorities for the 5 previous years with a CPA certified opinion, Organization of the Human Resources area with the integration of the training development programs according to the strategic planning and competitions, significant reduction of the receivables amount and the DSO.Identification, administration and development of the intellectual capital of the company, inventory of knowledge, integration of work teams, promotion of intellectual development and protection of the intellectual property, development of human Resources to create replacement and retirement substitucion program.

Responsible of the detail division including Sales, purchase, distribution, collection and general AdministrationGoals: new market in specialized body shop automotive, and new car agencies, integral attention to the car insurance companies and body shop, with a time reduction of 30% in parts delivery.

Responsible for the Accounting, taxes, Human resources, treasure, collection and financial analysis areas.Financial Report design for the headquarter (Handleman Co.), Financial report design for the local board Meeting (Joint venture), receivables reduction, collection on over due invoices with supermarket and departmental stores, DSO reduction.

Responsible of the IT, Organization, Supply Chain, distribution and sales administration areas.Implementation of a new system platform with an ERP, Optimizing the supply and distribution chain with a lineal plan and programmed deliveries for buffer reduction, collection, print and implementation of procedures and organization manual for the entire company.
