Part time, evening/weekend work. This job is split between two main responsibilities. During weekday evenings, I supervise and assist with the lab portion of Cornell University courses MAE 2250 & 5250. MAE 2250 is a student's first hands-on introduction to the mechanical design process, from conceptualization through prototype construction and testing. The lab section involves two design projects, providing experience in basic prototyping skills using manual machining methods such as lathes and mills. The MAE 5250 course introduces senior level students to G-coding, Fusion 360 CAM, and Haas CNC machining. On weekends, I supervise the Baja & Formula SAE project teams use of the machine shop, ensuring that all students are familiar with and utilizing the PPE requirements, as well as respecting other machine shop and university policies.

Oversaw on average 5 million per year in prototype revenue. Responsible for the performance in both variable cam timing and timing drive prototypes across all applications in North America, plus assistance in Europe, Asia, and Korea. Managed 15 employees, a combination of union and salary, across two buildings.
