📌 Responsibilities/ Essential Functions: Project Management✔️Perform generic, routine study duties and tasks that are applicable across designated projects and Protocol phases, including but not limited to: receipt of site lists, entering site data into the database, flowcharts, ordering laboratory kits, and monitoring the day to day running of designated projects (i.e. patient specimen management receipt, pending lab analysis, and test result approvals and reports).✔️Provide regular Project Status reports to the Project manager, CRA, Sponsor and the company as applicable.✔️ Execute routine study duties across multiple projects and protocol phases.✔️ Manage site data, laboratory kits, and day-to-day project operations.✔️ Deliver Project Status reports to stakeholders.✔️ Support Project Manager with administrative tasks and client communication.✔️ Ensure document quality control and communication with stakeholders.📞 Proactive Communication:✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to enhance processes.✔️ Coordinate with departments and services for specimen transportation.✔️ Identify and address issues affecting study timelines.✔️ Lead client calls and discussions for regional studies.📄 Project Documentation and Deliverables:✔️ Maintain project documentation files.✔️ Update internal databases with project information.✔️ Contribute to meeting and training material development.👩‍🔬 Investigator Training and Meetings:✔️ Represent the company at Investigator and client meetings.✔️ Administer study training and conduct Kick-Off meetings.✔️ Develop meeting and training materials as needed.📈 Process Improvements and Special Assignments:✔️ Share insights through lessons learned and audits.✔️ Participate in internal and external audits.✔️ Mentor and train junior staff, including Project Coordinators.✔️ Lead Project Close-out procedures and regional studies.✔️ Ensure compliance with ICH E6 Guidelines for Good Clinical Practice.
