- Successfully deliver 10+ projects annually by leading a team of 150+ internal engineering and support staff and subcontractors - Manage all aspects of each project including planning, budgeting, technical support, administrative support, customer support and financial overview- Oversee and manage performance goals to make necessary process adjustments and ensure that policies, procedures and standards are followed- Completing projects on-time and under-budget to win follow-on contracts - Seeking new projects and opportunities by maintaining excellent client satisfaction- Achieving all key performance indicators (KPIs) based on the SLA for each project- Evaluate and modify processes for appropriate compliance with project specific policies and government regulations.- Interface with internal/external audit related to processes and budgets- Responsible for hiring, performance reviews, coaching, career development, terminations, team leadership, work assignment for engineering and support staff- Create a safe, healthy and positive working environment for all associatesHighlighted projects: Complete design, implementation and maintenance of all data centers and exchanges of Ooredoo, maintenance of 100+ Ooredoo mobile towers, supply and installation of 100+ UPS and generators for Meeza, Qatar Petroleum, several banks, Ministry of Interior and other ministries
