Now working interim as CRO Manager as well as eCom Subscription Manager, I am responsible for creating and executing the group customer experience strategy across all digital touchpoints, and at the same time make sure we test, tune and measure conversion in any conversion goals the company defines.My core competencies include service design, UX design, product management, project management, agile transformation, and cross-functional collaboration. I have established and led a customer experience department consisting of UX designers and service designers, and acted as a product manager for a big part of the Next Generation Retail Commerce project at Elkjøp Nordic.
