• Reporting to service manager in shape of daily service business report.• Maintaining the service Quality Customer Service Standards in professional manner and provide timely service to the internal and external customers.• Co-ordinating and supporting with the other staff/colleagues to obtain Team Work.• Handling and swiftly resolving customer complaints in a professional and effective manner.• Provides Professional services and abilities to the customers in a very friendly environment.•Receive Customer Vehicles for Service and Repair Jobs and raise repair orders on Dealer Management Systems (DMS).•Technically competent to understand the customer needs and requirements and accordingly raise Service Orders.•Able to provide detailed explanation on jobs to be carried out on vehicle.•Provide detailed explanation and technical justification for additional repairs with cost Estimate and obtain approval from customers.•Ability to advise customers on the required vital jobs..•Should have flair for Selling Value added Services, Service Contracts and accessories.•Able to make every effort to resolve Customer Complaints and ensure customer has positive ownership experience. •Regularly follow up with Workshop controller and technicians on his vehicles and update Customers regularly on the job progress and ensure delivery of the vehicle at the promised time.•Raise Warranty approvals•Raise special orders for parts not available and follow up and keep customer informed.•Prepare Invoices on DMS and arrange for Active delivery of vehicles.•Follow up payments of credit customers and ensure collection within stipulated time.•Regularly monitor orders raised by him and ensure timely billing.•Conduct post service follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Reporting to Manager Service about the mechanical workshop operations.• Receiving customers with warm greetings to build up the good relation.• Making notes of cutomers wants and needs on repair order.• Monitor the job progress and controlling the workshop work load by means of Job Process Control Board.• Providing appropriate and correct repair estimate cost and estimated time of repair completion to the cutomer.• Assuring the job done on customer’s vehicle and quality.• Briefing the job explanation on arrival and reminding about the next service due on the arrival of customer and show him empathy.• To build a cutomer trust and strong relation, obtaining the follow up phone calls after 72hours of the vehicle delivery.
