Hi! my name is Ash₊˚⊹I am a senior Civil Engineering student and passionate Social-Environmental activist committed to designing sustainable, inclusive infrastructure that uplifts and empowers marginalized communities. Through my work, I seek to address systemic inequities by creating compassionate solutions that prioritize environmental justice and resilience, ensuring that underserved populations have access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive. With that being said I believe in the liberation of all oppressed people. Technical knowledge, central to decision-making in complex modern societies, is largely owned and used by people with power and money: universities, governments, corporations. Too often it is out of reach of those most impacted by the outcomes of such decisions: local communities. Engineers change the world, but not always for the better.” I believe in all of us.
